Since this infographic was created by a social media software company, it looks at how you can improve Employee Engagement by using it. Working with many different types of organizations, I think that “it depends” applies here. It depends on the age, the role, and the jobs being performed. Also, from my experience if enough people aren’t on-board with the idea, it will just be one more thing people feel like they have to do at work, instead of engaging them in their work. However, deployed and executed properly I believe it could be extremely powerful!
